Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping charges are determined by the weight, location, and number of shipments in your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, where you can review the charges before finalizing your purchase.
Sales Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax in Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington for shipments to those states. Use the shopping cart to estimate applicable taxes for these locations. In other states, you may need to remit sales tax independently.
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement without a cancellation fee. After 30 minutes, canceled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the item's value. Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the shipping process. Backorders can be canceled without penalty unless they have already shipped.
Special Orders
Items marked as "Special Order," such as home theater seating, entertainment centers, and personalized items, cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, if you place an order on a Friday evening and the item ships within two business days, it will ship no later than the following Tuesday. Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or LTL Freight. If a product is backordered or special-ordered, we will notify you via email.

We provide tracking numbers for most orders, allowing you to monitor shipment progress via the link in your order status email.

Fraud Protection
Orders flagged as fraudulent will not be processed. If necessary, we may request identification before completing your order.
Inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery and before signing for the package. Report any damage by noting it on the carrier waybill. Email info1@HTmarket.com within 48 hours for assistance with repairs or replacements. After 48 hours, we are not responsible for defective or damaged products.
General Returns
Return policies vary by product category. Contact us at cust@HTmarket.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number within the specified timeframe. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Electronics
Defective products can be exchanged within 15 days. Non-defective products must be factory-sealed for returns. A 25% restocking fee may apply to some items.
Accessories
Must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee applies. Installed or assembled items cannot be returned.
Custom Items
Custom or personalized products, including home theater seating and carpeting, are non-returnable.
